    I am sure working at Sephora especially during the holidays can’t be easy. The store was absolute pandemonium with customers every time I visited, yet, after a minimal wait, I was helped several times over, especially in fragrance. In fragrance I was helped by two employees who were trying their best with my request, I was a fan of some but my husband unfortunately wasn’t a fan of any and I kind of felt bad! Then I was helped by one more lady who was successfully able to translate my request of “I want to smell like a sugar cookie, but tastefully” into “I want to smell like a Christmas cookie” and showed me Jo Malone’s Ginger Biscuit. I was not speaking the right language, but she understood the assignment and we left happy! Then on another visit a lovely woman with short hair helped me with Hourglass. Wish I could remember her name. Another employee I want to call out by name is Akisa! She is the sweetest and always willing to help and always with the biggest smile! She is adorable and is a joy to work with. By far my best interactions were with Rui! She is SO knowledgeable and helpful and full of the best advice. She knew how good my favorite color corrector was and that it had been discontinued, and offered me a comparable brand that was even better. She helped to shade match my mom and I with Fenty’s concealer and with Armani’s skin tint. She also helped me find a fantastic pressed setting powder! There are so many other employees I wish I could call out by name! I’m honestly shocked by all the comments about not getting help because that has never been my experience at this location. My guess is these folks had sour looks on their faces/communicated with body language they don’t want to be bothered, or that they don’t understand that this is a very busy store that doesn’t seem to be staffed properly and they only waited 30 seconds before thinking, “Well I never, no one is helping me!” It is very clear to me that the store is understaffed and that is my only negative point. The employees as a result seem overworked to me but the thing is they do it with a smile and a welcoming attitude. I have always felt welcomed and like I belong here whenever I visit, as though I am shopping with friends 🤍

    Staff isn’t very friendly, with the exception of maybe 1 or 2 people. They act as if they have a “I’m better than you” complex, and it’s very weird. I know I’m not the only person who feels this way. I also look items up on your alls app to make sure it’s in stock before driving to the store, once I get to the store the employees look at me like I’m making up the product I’m looking for and never even check for the item, just immediately tells me they don’t have it. I asked for the Phlur Mango Mood body mist travel size (says in stock for pick up on your app) and the girl immediately said “we don’t have it” while looking at me like I’m an idiot. Maybe fix your website to reflect what’s actually available in store, or hire friendlier staff.

    I have visited the store at least five or six times, and I can confidently say that on every occasion, I have never been welcomed. In fact, staff do not even acknowledge me, much less ask if I need assistance, in the worst cases, they just stare at you as if you were something annoying to them, today I had to visit because I needed something quickly and ordering it would have taken approximately a week. Unfortunately, my experience this time was no different. I have already reported this issue via a customer service email, and I have noticed that many other customers have shared similar experiences. I am concerned as to why this situation continues to be ignored

    The greatest shopping experience I've ever had in a Sephora. Antonio was so incredibly nice and had such great insight in all things hair! Highly recommend shopping here just for his excellent customer service!
