In fact, staff do not even acknowledge me, much less ask if I need assistance, in the worst cases, they just stare at you as if you were something annoying to them, today I had to visit because I needed something quickly and ordering it would have taken approximately a week. Unfortunately, my experience this time was no different. I have already reported this issue via a customer service email, and I have noticed that many other customers have shared similar experiences. I am concerned as to why this situation continues to be ignored
