I recently visited this store for a service and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff seemed much more focused on selling additional products and services than on providing a comfortable customer experience. Had an appt booked only to be told it was cancelled when I arrived, the manager she could care less. After I asking for a higher up person such as a DM I was then told she was advised by her GM they were under staffed with make up artist to do any services I booked in advance. The GM who was supposedly in the back never came out to speak with me .No empathy, compassion just a group of people that day standing on the sales floor not busy at all. This is not the first time. Books are never open hardly either.

Staff is rude and makes shopping there uncomfortable! Never asked if I needed help or anything but caught some pretty mean side eyes from the ladies working the floor. Maybe I don’t for the demographic 🤷♀️…

This Sephora is racist. Asked to be helped multiple times and the lady kept telling me that someone would help me and him as they continued to help everyone else but us because we’re black. 0/10 would not recommend

*update* customer service assisted me with store credit, with the understanding that comply with the 30 days return policy in the further. *
I bought something on-line and wasn't able to return within their 30 day return policy, due to travel and weather. They would not exchange the item for the correct one. I live a bit out of the way so I drive 45mins just for them to turn me away. They lose nothing by completing this exchange, but I'll be purchasing from a company that has more forgiving return policies.

It’s been very busy the last several times I’ve gone to pick up items, and I’ve noticed that customers aren’t always greeted right when they walk in. I wanted to mention that because I saw another review cite it as a reason for giving less than five stars. Of course, being greeted with a smile is always nice, but they are clearly extremely busy. The wait for curbside pickup is about the same amount of time as going inside, shopping, and standing in line, so I would recommend going in instead. The staff at the register are always friendly.
