Shianne did my daughter's ear piercings and explained that their gun is pressurized and doesn't cause trauma to the ear like other guns at other places do (I.e., Claire's). She matched up the earrings perfectly. She explained everything thoroughly even though we had been through this process before elsewhere. Perfect experience with high quality tools and earrings. Definitely recommend to everyone !

Sierra (sorry if I’m spelling your name wrong) is absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable. She did my forward helix for me and I was having some issues and she got me in right away and completely resolved all of my issues. Now my piercing is perfect. I have may piercing and tattoos and I have never received care like she provided at any other local shop. Get your ear piercing done here!!!!

Then without even telling the customer, gave us after care items, but did not mention that it was $20 (did not notice til the receipt came). They also advertised items that they no longer had (causing more delays). I+q understand this is my experience but will not be recommending this location.

We had such a great experience I decided to get my forward helix. All the staff were welcoming, friendly, and super helpful. We will definitely be back! Thanks Sierra and the entire Rowan team!

We are a cashless studio.
