Karen is professional, as well as warm and kind. She talked me through the entire process of getting both Botox and Filler before, during, and after my cosmetic injections. Her calmness and knowledge kept me relaxed and in control of my anxiety. The injections were not painless. However, Karen's hands are gentle and she keeps you relaxed during the entire process. Bottom-line, the results are amazing. If I had any doubts, Karen was there to answer them. Optimal Renew at The Pain Institute is the only place I have found that can provide the care that I need.
