Never had a bad experience before about 6 months ago it continued every time after. It just seemed like the stylist cared less and less about the customers wants and overall satisfaction. Noone is expecting them to create the mona lisa. But at least cut it like it were your own/own loved one. I sincerely wish this establishment the best and hope they get it together so I can come support. 💯

At first, she barely cut my hair at all and wanted to ring me up after about 5 minutes of “cutting”. I asked her if she could cut it shorter. I tried to tell her I wanted 2 inches off again, and I tried to show her how much I wanted off with my fingers. She nodded like she understood, then tried to cut my hair into a bob. I stopped her before she did thankfully. She tried to say a few things to me but was so soft-spoken I could not understand her. I decided just to leave and get my hair cut elsewhere. I will not be coming back to this location.

- SMStar MillerNov 28, 20251.0If I could I would not even give them a one star I called before I ever left the house and she said they are open until 7:00 I showed up at 6:20 and the woman turned me away and said we are closing up early and then when I was walking away she's going to say I can go ahead and do your hair I told her no thank you. You turn me away because you're trying to close up early way early 30 minutes early because your husband is sitting in the lobby and you're ready to go home and I just called you guys sad.
