I waited an hour which was okay, but when she started the haircut she just misted my hair (I have long curly hair) and pulled through it with a comb leaving it frizzy and knotted while she cut. I was SUPER clear (I showed many pictures) that I wanted to leave the length and I was just in to get some layers!! She started cutting and I thought it was okay until she got to the front and cut it at my chin length!!! (My hair was down to my chest before) I was 8 months pregnant and just wanted to feel pretty but unfortunately this did the opposite! She only left some thin pieces in the back longer, it looked more like a “jellyfish cut” than anything. I should’ve known when she said she pretty much only did clients with an old person haircut as her specialty that she was gonna mess me up! I had to go to my stylist in Phoenix to fix it, she said it’s THE WORST HAIRCUT she’s ever seen!!!! Incredibly uneven, there were parts she couldn’t fix because I didn’t want anymore length gone than needed, the only way to truly fix it would’ve been a bob :( and that was so far from what I wanted!! It took the great clips girl like 5 minutes, she didn’t want to give me a good haircut, just a fast one. I will never be coming back here! Just go to a nice salon instead of here and it will be worth it!! These are the before and after with the references I showed..
