- RMReka MNov 5, 20252.0I went in earlier today it went to Great clips. I've never been there and I will not ever return! As a curly girl with textured hair 3C I was completely in shocked about what the stylist stated my child should do before returning. She stated that it was probably best if she should come back with her hair today ironed to get it cut. I'm not sure if it was because she had curly hair or more than she had 2 different grades or hair. But that is ridiculous either way. If you cannot cut curly hair you should tell people that, especially if they asked before even getting a treatment.

It’s really wacked in horrible sections. It was my first time there and definitely my last. Super nice girl but, not so good at the hair cutting. Yikes!

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
