The lady at store gave me a piece of paper with their phone number and it says if you call the store they will ship anything for free. While it is my fault I forgot my gift card I called the store phone number on the piece of paper she gave me for hours and no one answered nor was there a recording. Why would a business like Aveda in a mall not answer their phone or honor their promise! I don’t live close so this was very inconvenient. I had to beg customer service for a free shipping code after this and I had to spend close to an hour chatting with them before they agreed to it. Highly unprofessional of a store the caliber of Aveda. Very disappointed!

I was the one who got ignored every time I walked in because I have tattoos and don’t dress like an East end soccer mom!!!!!!
