  Prime IV off Richmond Road in Lexington delivers an atmosphere that is smooth, calm, and genuinely relaxing from the moment you walk in. The massage chairs alone are almost worth the price of admission. They elevate the entire experience and make it easy to settle in and unwind. As for the long-term science and benefits, the jury is still out for me. These types of treatments really show their value over multiple sessions, so it is hard to make a definitive call after limited visits. What is not in question, however, is the quality of the staff and service. The team is extraordinarily professional, highly informative, and clearly focused on educating clients without ever feeling pushy. At the same time, they remain warm and personable. The pricing structure can feel a bit complicated at first, but the staff makes a genuine effort to walk you through options and help you get the most value for your money. Overall, a very polished and comfortable experience.

  I had a wonderful experience this evening at Prime IV Hydration. The staff here were very helpful and knowledgeable about directing me on the type of supplementation I needed. The experience was top notch. I will definitely return. Super nice people here and great facility.
