The staff at the Fritz Farm Lush, particularly the management, are wonderful. I feel seen, known, and valued as a customer. The manager knows the scent and color profiles I enjoy and always sends me home with some small luxury, on top of my regular bath indulgences, which is a great enticement to keep coming back for more. Make this store your Cheers, where everyone knows your name, or at least your affinity for dark, herbal baths. I can’t say enough about the exceptional customer service!
