The experience is what I miss tremendously. It is mindful rest and relaxation. I love the quietness of the rings and the service is 100% the best.! I highly recommend the mood soak meditation massage. It is my favorite and I have been to Spa’s all around the world and this one is great.!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

There was an hour gap between two appointments and no one came out to offer my husband another refreshment while he waited. I asked for another drink when I had my hour gap and was told clients normally only have one drink, but then the girl at the front desk brought us each one. There was no toilet paper in the women’s bathroom and few amenities whereas we are accustomed to other Woodhouse Spa locations having personal toiletries. On a final note, the trail mix offered as a snack was either stale or of a cheap quality.

As a venue, owner for weddings, coming off of a five week stretch of setting up chair, chairs, cooking food, tending to clients needs. I was not in the best shape upon my arrival. By the time my massage was finished I could barely get up off the table, I was so relaxed. Would have spa never disappoints the facilities are very well appointed with a lovely common areas to relax with a cucumber water, tea or other assorted beverages. They have lovely showers and changing rooms that set the mood and complete the experience. I will be back!

I arrived 30 min early and expected my notes to be read . When walked back to my facial I asked about this and the tech said she needed to look at my spot. She recommending rescheduling but I drive 40 minutes to get here so we called my dermatologist who said avoid the area. By this time it’s 20 minutes past start time of my facial so I only got 30 out 50 min and couldn’t get full service. I expected to be offered a discount or coupon for next visit —- nothing. I called a few days later to ask and they said a manager would call me back and they never did. For such a high end spa I would expect better customer service .

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
We accept guests 13 and older for most treatments; please call our concierge to inquire for our minimum age to receive specific services. Some treatments may require parental release before the services can be rendered. So all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
