Me, my husband, and my little brother came in to buy a few colognes and Helen greeted us with a cheerful attitude and a smile. She had helped us and offered some great insight on what we should look at. We ended up with 4 bottles and a travel size spray as well. If you’re looking for someone kind who won’t badger you during your trip, Helen is who we would all recommend.

I did a mobile pickup and I also came in person a separate day and both times we were treated so kindly! We got some advice for tween makeup and skincare and once of the products came with a gift with purchase, they made sure that it would work for tweens as well! So lovely!

- AAAlinaSep 6, 20251.0Worst Sephora trip I’ve ever had. I went in to buy Hailey Bieber’s new products and asked a worker for help—she rudely said “over there” and walked away. Later when I asked again about the lip peptides, she snapped “WHAT” and acted like I was bothering her. None of the employees were paying attention to customers, just laughing with each other. Truly disappointing service and a very unpleasant experience.
