I have shopped here 4 times now, and every single time they have been rude & unhelpful, almost arrogant. I have never ever been approached, and offered help ,& barely greeted. I was looking for a product I saw online, she literally pointed to where it was located, that’s all I got! I’d much rather drive to Ulta. I’ve chalked it up to being over 50, and that’s not their “client “. Btw, I’ve spent over $100 on each visit.

I recently went around 1pm on my lunch break to look for a lip liner and lipstick combo for my wedding. I'm not the typical person to go into one of these stores. If I do it is usually ULTA, and it's for something I already know about and just need to refill. I was never greeted, personally lost with all the options of items I could chose from. I was passed by several employees that seemed rushed to get other things done. There were maybe 5 total customers in the store and no one once greeted me, being the lost soul I was. The store is a bit over whelming if you don't know what you are looking for exactly. I was hoping to find this combo before my big day that is coming up. Maybe I will have to try out another location.
