I have shopped here 4 times now, and every single time they have been rude & unhelpful, almost arrogant. I have never ever been approached, and offered help ,& barely greeted. I was looking for a product I saw online, she literally pointed to where it was located, that’s all I got! I’d much rather drive to Ulta. I’ve chalked it up to being over 50, and that’s not their “client “. Btw, I’ve spent over $100 on each visit.

After many attempts, with many different people over the years, he actually listened to my concerns with my current makeup wear, preferences, and made STELLAR recommendations best for my skin. I’ve always struggled to achieve the natural look I want, but get my makeup to stay on for an extended period. I always liked the way it looked when I put it on, but it wouldn’t stay. I showed him a picture of my makeup 3 hours after I had applied where it had practically disappeared. He talked with me about ingredients in the current products I was using that aren’t best for staying on my type of skin and showed real knowledge about the ingredients and impact those ingredients can have on your wear and look. I missed the window to complete the receipt survey, so I wanted to take the time to share my feedback here because he deserves a shout out. I’ve never been happier with how my makeup is looking and I owe that to him. PS: I also really appreciate Sephora’s awesome return policy that aims to help people like me find the perfect product without wasting.
