We chose Rowan since they use hypoallergenic earrings and have the option for flat backs. The staff was so freaking nice and patient. The guy who done the piercing, Seth, took his time and made sure we were satisfied with the placement before doing the piercing. The lady who helped when we walked in and checked us out (I feel horrible but I cant remember her name) but she was supper sweet and so friendly. Before we left I did notice that the back of one of the earrings had come off and she took care of that so quickly. Overall 10/10 would recommend coming here!
