- MGMackenzie Gates4 days ago1.0What happened to Prive? They used to be the gold standard when it came to patient care and satisfaction. Now they show little interest in their patients. My concerns were obviously not a priority. I had two gift cards that ( to no fault of my own) their system cannot access because they are “old.” So old in fact that they threw them away and refused to honor them. I have Repeatedly been told that gift cards do not expire. There was NO expiration on the box or the card(s)!! In a city where med spas are a dime a dozen I will go elsewhere. Customer service is everything especially for a business that relies on patients choosing elective procedures. Beyond disappointing.
