This is my third time coming to this newly opened location the first two visits were good but this time was terrible. I did not get her name but what I know is she’s 53 years old and 3 months older than her husband and she has been on 3 cruises with her friends. Anyways my haircut is simple I get a fade on the sides and back and scissor cut the top to thin it out. I’ve always tipped well and never been rude to the ladies even 25% of the haircuts I get at great clips are trash. This time I’m upset cause I have a huge meeting Tuesday and need to look my best but now I’m going to look like a guy that let his four year old child cut his hair. Like I said I usually stay quiet but this time has affected my appearance and my confidence right before a bid day. More than likely I will be looking for a new place after four years of being a loyal customer….
