The entire time I was given attitude like I was inconviencing her. I wanted to get a beard trim and the response I got was "oh Lord"..... Insane attitude for a paying customer that normally tips extremely generously and wanted to get an additional service. First haircut I have felt disrespected and not tipped in my life. Go anywhere else, any great clips or hair cut establishment will be a better experience.

She barely cut the dead ends and refused to cut anything else. Her words exactly were* not today ". So she rushed me out of the chair I then explained to her I wanted just a few layers like I had already told her. She then said"so you want me to cut your hair again ". I will never go back. I wasn't going to leave a comment until I thought about others. Be prepared not to be listened to rushed and talked very rudely to. Never again great clips. My hair isn't even straight across in the back. She didn't care about customer satisfaction one bit. Horrible experience. I'm very surprised to read some comments very similar to my own experience.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
