I’ve been going there for three years, so this was especially disappointing. As usual, I asked for a scissors cut. After the stylist had made some progress, she asked if the length was okay. I said it looked good, but when I looked more closely in the mirror, the back seemed too long, so I asked if it could be trimmed shorter. The stylist responded rather bluntly, saying she’d use the clippers and then asked how I wanted the sides done. The tone was very annoyed. I wasn’t feeling well this morning and didn’t fully understand what she said at first, which seemed to irritate them even more. Eventually, after finishing the cut, she yanked the cape off me in a very rough manner. It jolted my neck, and since I was already feeling physically unwell, I was quite shocked. While I was paying, she mumbled something, so I asked what she said and then left. For a service job, this was extremely unprofessional. I never expected to be treated like this at a place I’ve gone to for three years. I’m quite shocked and won’t be getting my haircut there again.
