I had asked if I could sit down next to her and show her what kind of cut I wanted. She died wanted for me to get close mic less sit down next to her. She abruptly refused. I said okay and thanked them. While I walked away, her and the I attendant laughed loudly as I turned the corner.. My question is..."How can one be in this business when they don't have basic customer service skills and they don't want to get near you?" I have had more than a decade in working with people and especially customer service. They don't have my business..I can also see why they are not busy at this time.

Told her I had never had an issue anywhere else and that there a pictures on internet that shows what it is. Pics below what I asked for and and what I got.
