She spent time "listening" to my hair and gave me a wonderful cut. Last visit was a therapy and cut session with a great cut as a result. My daughter also received a great "dead ends" trim and a beautiful blow out with another stylist. The salon is always clean and organized. It is calming and not loud. The wait times are never long.

First I was met by a woman named Robin, who opened by saying she was having a bad day and that she doesn’t like cutting long hair like mine, because she doesn’t get to make as much money. Shorter cuts means more clients which means more money. She made several comments about how much work my hair would be to cut and that she was going to pass me off to another hairdresser. It made me feel incredibly unwelcome. She was also very rough and rushed through the half of a haircut she did do, leaving nearly a bald spot in one area which led to my haircut having to be significantly shorter than I wanted. It was the most unprofessional experience I’ve had during a haircut. The only reason it’s not a 1 star, because as unpleasant as that was, Lexie (who came off lunch early to finish my haircut) was just as kind. She did a great job salvaging my cut and gave a great experience, even though the haircut I wanted was no longer possible. I would consider this location again but not with the first hairdresser. Thank God for Lexie otherwise this would have been a truly terrible experience.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
