- ATAlex Tarhi1 day ago1.0Customer service is horrible. I took my 10 year old daughter get a hair cut and we patiently waited for 20 minutes until our turn, no big deal as there were a couple people before us. When it got to her turn, the stylist told her hair was too tangly and I needed to brush it out and brought me a comb and conditioner. I explained to her I had washed her hair and brushed it completely out right before we came. She insisted I brush it out again because it was curly and while I did that she was going to take the next person, another 15 minute wait until the other stylist (who is actually a sweetheart) cut her hair.
- ASAshley SmithApr 7, 20261.0Did not get the cut I wanted. I explained in detail what I needed and showed the stylist the pictures (not to mention the save notes on my account they always used). She did a straight line cut with no layers and no under cut. I was rushed out the chair before I realized she was done and only did 25% of the cut. I was already out to the system and was going to have to wait to get back to the chair. A $21 hair cut ended up costing me over $60 by the time another salon fixed it. This will be my last visit to any Great Clips!

She communicated with him each time she was about to touch his hair and was very gentle. She treated him with the upmost respect. She was reading us colors in Spanish & even gave santa a call for him. She had shown so much unconditional love & for that i am thankful. Sheryl, if you’re seeing this. No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
