- LLLoveNov 6, 20251.0Brought in 2 of my handicap family members for a pamper day asked for a patient and understanding stylist was told all of them were patient so I proceeded to check them in shared what each of them wanted done and one of the stylest told me it wouldn't look like that and proceeded to tell me it would flare out and wouldn't look like the style we wanted even looked up a girl with her hair all stuck out I tried explaining to her she's had short hair before it would look like the style we asked for and she told me I'll do it anyway just know it won't look like what you wanted judged her on how she washes her hair told her how to do it correctly like she was going to understand all we wanted was a nice day out but that's seems to be getting harder to do anymore these days won't bring them here again and will advise others who have handicap people about what we went through so they don't get their days ruined due to judgement of others

One stylist cut my son’s “fade” the same length all the way up. Another stylist acted like she was done without blending the line between lengths. When I pointed it out, she said “his hair is dark.” What?? Has absolutely nothing to do with fading hair (roll my eyes). Then she was rude in the way she communicated with me like I wasn't paying her for a service. Like I’m not staying quiet and letting you do whatever the heck you want. The only reason I came back here is because it’s close to where we live, but I’m going to have to drive farther out. I can’t stand the undereducated and rude experience!

Both Becky and Regina had good reviews so I asked for one of them. They listened to my requests and did a nice job. I will be requesting one of them from now on. I apologize for not remembering the name. It was the first chair on the left facing in.
