She communicated with him each time she was about to touch his hair and was very gentle. She treated him with the upmost respect. The other was longer but not much better. They did not show me the back maybe because there is a huge short spot. I am not even sure how this person is allowed to cut hair. There is a huge difference between cutting hair and knowing how to use scissors!!!!
