- ASAdam S2 days ago1.0They can’t cut a fade! You go there and it’s a different stylist every month. When one messes up the cut, they call for their equally useless coworker to screw it up more. This location coined the phrase and further reinforced the mantra of “Not So Great Clips”. I’d rather have my 4 year old niece take a pair of sheep shears to my head that will show better results than what they can do. Save your money and go to a small business that specialize in cutting/styling your hair instead of wasting your money.

- BBBrianna BrowningJan 29, 20261.0This is the first bad review I have ever left a salon and we have been to many. I brought my son here for a haircut. The blonde lady who cut his hair trimmed the sides and back but refused to cut the top, leaving it completely uneven. I asked her to please cut the top, and she only trimmed about a centimeter off. We left, and two different people I know asked me who cut his hair because it looked so bad. She has done a good job cutting his hair in the past, which is why this was so frustrating, but today she just refused to cut the top properly. I ended up having to take him somewhere else to get it fixed, and I was extremely annoyed. He looked like he desperately needed a haircut walking out the door. Last time she cut his hair, it was obvious she didn’t enjoy kids cuts, but the hair cut was good so I didn’t mind. This time, I learned my lesson. My son is extremely well behaved getting his hair cut and actually enjoys it. I can’t imagine cutting a kids hair and only shaving the sides off and leaving the top. Especially after someone asked to please cut the top, trimming a centimeter off the bangs, leaving them almost in his eyes. The lady was extremely nice to me, she just obviously is not very great with kids cuts.

I have been having her cut my hair for almost 5 years. The store used to be very close to me, but since I moved it takes me much longer, but I would not have anyone cut my hair. I would give Kellee a 10 out of 5 Stars.

When is Online Check-In available?
Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
