Told her what I wanted (mid fade) and she had ZERO clue what she was doing, she asked what size she should use and had to keep stopping to ask for help, why are you hiring someone who has no idea how to cut hair? And why does it cost $20 for a less than mediocre cut? Why do I always have this luck with garbage haircut chains? Why do I still try? What is the meaning of life? Why are we still here?

I responded even though I put in online and have waited nearly an hour? The response I got was, "yeah it's just the two of us." Understaffing is one thing that I get. Maybe communicate such when you check in. She was very rude and condescending.
