The lady didn't cut his hair right it was way too short!!!! My son came out crying and was very upset. Its the day before school and not only is hair bad but now his confidence is down and we told the manager she didnt do anything about it or try to make it right and you really cant make it right when its way to short now. Didn't offer a free cut for the next time even though we won't be back but this shows you that they don't care. The had a new person in there cutting my sons hair and they should be warned before we trust you guys with our kids hair. The excuse was she didn't know how to cut straight hair. Like whatever !!!! That's was the worst excuse ever!!! Jenny tried to fix it but it only made it worse I know its not her fault anyways it was the woman that was new. Jenny did a great job on my other sons hair but this review is about the manager and the new girl we would definitely never be back. You can see my son is very sad and they didn't have a problem him walking out like this its so sad. DONT GO THERE!!! SERIOUSLY.

The wait wasn’t too long they have an app you can check in ahead of time if need be I believe. The lady I had listened to what I wanted and gave a good cut for never seeing me before. Also gave me insights on my hair type and how to make the cut last longer if I wanted. Photo is what I told them. Was $18 for a mans cut and took like 15min max once started

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
