  Usually all the workers are for the most part super sweet and helpful but as soon as I came in today this one worker (only one there) didn’t greet/ask us for help when we came in which is totally fine but as we are looking at high end perfumes deciding which to buy (we’ve bought here plenty) comes up in a 100% rude tone asking me to spray the perfumes outwards like reprimanding me which I would agree if I was spraying recklessly but I was spraying directly onto the paper sample… (close distance and not onto other perfumes or anything else. The way she came up was super rude not in a nice tone at all, I immediately felt unwelcome and vibe killed I threw my samples away in the trash can walked an bit away and left not buying anything. Terrible way to treat a customer ignoring them then talking in a bad tone as first interaction…

  When the store first opened the customer service was 10/10. Today was a whole different story I went in to look for a certain product and a girl who was a manager maybe? Argued up and down with me over other products being limited edition, all I wanted to know was if they had a certain scent. She was beyond rude and not to mention there was like 5 Sephora associates setting up a table for new product releases. She had a lot of other things to do rather than argue with a customer. I shop with Sephora quite a bit and I’m so disappointed. I will be shopping at the Sephora at Fritz farm in Lexington now! Unbelievable!!!!

  This is the worst customer service i’ve ever received at a high end makeup store. I went in ready to spend a couple hundred dollars because my daughters and i had an upcoming event. We were ignored and the customer service reps wouldn’t help us find the products we were searching for, I guess tik tok was more important.I found my foundation which was in stock, but they were out of stock on the foundation my daughter picked out. We politely asked if we could have it ordered and shipped when we were ready to check out. This is a typical practice, nothing out of the ordinary, Kohls even does this if we are needing a particular size. However, we were told they could not, we would need to go online and order it ourselves. First off, if this was walmart i would have no issues, but at $60 dollars a pop i expect this kind of service. I have always shopped at macys, if they were out of stock they would place the order for me and have it shipped. Do you know why? Because they appreciate the customers who are willing to spend $60 for foundation. Macy’s customer service reps say hi to you, they offer suggestions, they listen to your needs and they appreciate the customer spending $400 at their store. I am so tired of poor customer service. I’d rather try to milk a skunk than go into another Sephora!

  Very nice and clean store!! Love visiting and buying more of my favorite products and the employees are always super nice and helpful!!
