- DFDylan FrameNov 13, 20251.0From the moment I sat down, I knew I was going to get butchered. Work area was unclean. Scissors had long white hair stuck to them. I think I had to wipe hair off the seat before I sat down. The woman cutting my hair was erratic, and seemed confused. She would pick up a guard, swipe at my hair, then switch to scissors for a minute and hack at a random section of hair, then switch back to another guard. There was no system to it, just random cutting. At one point she took off the apron like we were done, noticed the giant patch of hair sticking up that she'd missed, hacked at it with scissors and more talking to herself than to me said "That should be fine." I think we both knew she'd done a terrible job, but I didn't say anything. Went home to check the damage and was livid. Drove back immediately and checked in. She noticed me, asked someone else to "fix" my hair. The woman asked what was wrong, and I pointed out the sections she completely missed, the 20° slope on my neckline, the tuft of hair sticking up at the top, and that she'd just randomly chopped sections that were uneven. She did a good job cleaning up this other woman's mess, but I have considerably shorter hair than I planned. Thank you to Chrissy/Christy for cleaning me up. One thing I did notice when I came back in - she was now wearing glasses. I can't be 100% positive, but I remember her squinting a lot, and looking confused about what guard she was using and switching them out a lot. So, best guess, this woman cut my hair without actually being able to see what she was doing. Wildly unprofessional and baffling behavior from this person.
