She was a sweet person but needs to slow down and take her time. Manager told me she would call me on Tuesday 3/17 to check on me/my hair cut but I never heard from her. I will not be returning.

The appointment texts don’t make sense- stating that I should check email for moved location and info was sent to my service provider. Actually received No email and there was No location change. 2. Misleading billing information. Instead of “Zoe Grace Salon” My account showed payment to “Limelight Laser and Me”. . I thought my credit card had been hacked until I could check with my stylist to verify that was legitimate parent company.
