Tried out Zoe Grace and they gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had I can truthfully say. Darian did very well and earned a returning customer.

The girl was not to sure and so she consulted with the owner Elle - who I feel does know her stuff. So I sit and let her do her magic right??????? WRONG. I understand it is a process to obtain your goal, so I thought. I wasn't to happy but thought again, it is a process.... SO I went to my next appt. I sat for 45 minutes waiting. Finally I got up and walked to the front desk and was told some one else would do my hair and the receptionist said.....She is a level 2 but she will honor the pricing i was given for the level 1 girl?????? I sat for 3 1/2 hours. Still not happy. Where do they get off charging 140.00 plus a 20 percent tip for a color and cut? Maybe its to pay for the massage chairs and granola bars they keep at the snack counter. Im really really disappointed and everyone I know will hear about my experience. Shame on you people.......

I absolutely love my hair color, cut, and style by Ella! She takes lots of time helping you decide on the right color, asks lots of questions so you get the look that is right for you. And when styling, showed me techniques and tips so when I style at home I get the same great look as when I left the salon. Thank you Ella and the staff at Zoe Grace!
