- KGKATHY GUTIERREZMay 27, 20241.0I could go there anytime during the week or weekend and for some reason there's just the one lady who's always busy helping someone outside the Sephora... no one else to back her up nor to assist with questions or recommendations. The register remains unattended, and the majority of the displays are in disarray, especially the Sephora section which hasn't been organized in a very long time. Not blaming the employee but the Managers at Kohl's for not placing enough staff at that post.

She didn't even give me an option to use a phone number to look up the order !!!!The employees here are too snobby !!! I will stick to Ulta for sure . You are not greeted when you come in and if you need help there is only 2 ppl working so if they are busy you're out of luck !!! I'm stuck with 2 Charlotte Tilbury items that don't match me now !!!
