Simply asked to cut the long hair to half its length and after spraying water on head and combing it, the lady was like "she was not comfortable and couldn't cut". Didnt feel quite good about the experience. Just definitely not worth $20 and the time!

I had such a bad experience, the lady was very unpatient with me, and what started out as a treat to myself on my day off ended with me leaving crying embarrassed, I wanted to have my hair shampooed and cut and have the beautician show me how to fix it. I was never even given an opportunity to tell her I wanted my hair washed I showed her a couple pictures of what I liked and then she just started cutting on my hair and in the end she didn't even touch the length and when I told her I didn't realize that she was finished and I was reached my arms up to look at the back and and feel that she hasn't cut it she said I was throwing stuff and then I said I don't even have anything to throw and she said where you were swinging your arms around I said I reached up and touched my hair the lady was just something I've never experienced getting my hair cut before I will never be back. I realize I probably should have shared with the lady that cut my hair, the fact that I'm on the spectrum. I tried to tell her that I really couldn't say I was happy with it because I needed to go home and wash it and fix it and she was just like insistent on I have to say it's okay and oh my goodness I will never go back. I hope no one else has an experience like that there.

They also make suggestions. I like getting their input on hair cuts. The suggestions she made were good. I went with what she suggested and was very happy when I left.
