I am a nurse, blood borne pathogens are serious, hep c, hep b, hiv etc! I do not trust to take my son here anymore! The lady acted like it was no big deal

And address why this employee felt the need to question why someone else's child is non-verbal as if it's any of her buisness. Also, address why this employee didn't want her to speak to a manager over the phone. Ask her about the lies she told and the excuses she gave for her behavior.

The younger girl with black hair and glasses showed absolutely no respect or patience for my child, who is non-verbal and unable to communicate easily. Despite my husband's clear instructions on how we wanted the haircut done, she completely disregarded them and ended up shaving my son's head bald without our consent. It was a frustrating and upsetting situation, and we will definitely not be returning. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care

I take him to Great Clips for all his haircuts and we haven't had a bad experience but today seemed different. The young lady who cut his hair couldn't have been nicer and clearly knew how little patience a kid can have. She was quick but didn't rush anything and she didn't sacrifice quality for speed. My son said his haircut was "fire" which I understand is a good thing. I didn't catch her name but she did a fantastic job today and our experience today was top notch!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
