Kyle is young and stylish and I was super embarrassed I thought he might want to let a woman work with me. He and a young woman both got my tangles out. They made me laugh and downplayed the issues I brought with me. Kyle took his time to wash my hair, giving me lots of tips, and gave a me a much needed great clip! I’m grateful to Kyle for his kindness and talent. He’s a treasure, thank you 😊

The manager of this location I don’t know if it’s laziness incompetence or a general attitude of I don’t care but this is not acceptable you’ve lost a customer for life!
- HBHolly BankerAug 9, 20251.0I know accidents happen, my son isnt wiggly during haircuts and its never happened before but he got cut on his ear with clippers and was bleeding, which of course is concerning enough but how can I be certain that the clippers were disinfected before they were used on him! I am a nurse, blood borne pathogens are serious, hep c, hep b, hiv etc! I do not trust to take my son here anymore! The lady acted like it was no big deal

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
