The employees are very rude and unproductive, they stand around talking the whole time and if you ask them for help it’s like your interrupting their conversation. It is very unprofessional and they are not much help whatsoever. I am a nice, patient and understanding person, but they treat their customers like they don’t matter. I have been here many times only because my favorite products are only sold at sephora, but everyone I go, I feel extremely unwelcome. The ‘manager’, I did not catch her name, is honestly worse than her employees.Very disrespectful, 0/10 would not recommend!

- MMMegganDec 7, 20241.0As a makeup artist, I’ve been here several times for color matching. each time employees are sitting behind the counter like we are inconveniently interrupting them when I ask for something. I’ve been 4 different times now for the correct shade and it’s still wrong. Today I went to Ulta to get color matched and went back to Sephora to get a sample before I spend $55 on a foundation. And this is what I get. You let me know if I can do anything with this. It looked worse before it was shook up in my purse. If your going to work at a makeup place learn to color match correctly. And don’t skimp out
