A couple of days ago, I went in to get a trim, I let someone else do it, regrettably. She had blonde hair and a thick accent. I've been growing my hair for a few years now with regular trims. I told her I just wanted a trim, no more than two inches. This lady cut 5-6 inches off my hair and the next morning, I noticed a long strip of hair that she missed and was longer than the rest, that I had to cut myself to make it even. I don't know where she learned to follow directions or cut hair, but she didn't do either one very well.

I would not give the organization a bad review just the individual to cut my hair. she was an older Russian woman or at least Eastern European. She honestly was a bit rude

Been to different ones all over kentucky and indiana and have only ever had 1 bad experience as a guy (cant speak for kids or ladies haircuts) but this location is no different. Check in online. Showed up and got sat right away (app showed no wait) they gave me my haircut quick and me and the wife were off on our date!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
