I also asked for longer swoosh bangs like the reference picture and I got short straight crossed bangs that look horrible and are not even blended into my other hair. If you care about your hair and appearance don’t. Just dont!!!! And to beat it all. The comment she made was “it will look like the picture when it grows out!!!”

I went to 3 different stylists this year alone to try to get the style I was looking for. It is an older style but a lot of people think they can do it, but it never turns out right. Kattie was confident, professional, gave her opinion & also listened to me so I trusted her. My hair looks amazing & its exactly what I wanted! I will ALWAYS go back to Kattie! If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
