I was on a trip and needed to pick up a high-pigment product last-minute for a major event the next day in another city, and Ryan was incredibly helpful. They recommended the perfect product instantly, explained how to use it, and even gave me tips to maximize my Insider membership perks! Every single employee was either directly helping a customer or stocking new product. Truly an excellent shopping experience! The only negative part of the experience, with no fault to Sephora, is the blindingly bright concrete jungle outside of the store - I wish the shopping center would prioritize pedestrian friendly infrastructure to boost more foot traffic!

The rest of the staff were pleasant.
