It was refreshing to have someone finally in the store that attended to both young and old. You could tell she had a passion to help me and others. I went to book another appointment only to see she is no longer there. This is a big loss to your company and this store. She was attentive to my granddaughter and I had brought in my daughter, as we were going to do a double service together. It is a shame that people like her are not out there for your customers. I hope somehow she sees this review.

I had a worker named luaren come up to me and ask if i needed help and I politely declined then she proceeded to get on her phone and talk to anouther associate about having intercourse and made me uncomfortable. There were children in the store and plenty of other customers and im sure I wasn't the only one uncomfortable because she wasn't being discreet at all.
