    2nd time I've booked here and 2nd time I've had them cancel on me the day of the appointment. This time around I received a text from the stylist (Stephanie D) telling me she had mismanaged her appointments. Completely unprofessional. I'm sure if I was to cancel the same day I'd be charged for wasting their time. My time = wasted. My gas = wasted. Be better.
