I usually request Catlin if she's available. Very professional and truly takes the time to make the experience personal and ensure your haircut is to your specifications; asking questions where necessary, and giving advice if asked. She's also wonderfully patient with kids and makes the effort to connect with them so that they feel more comfortable during their cut.
