- GGGraceNov 24, 20251.0Very disappointed tonight as I brought my three year old niece to get her hair cut tonight, I’ve read on reviews this is a “kid friendly” establishment but unfortunately is not “kid friendly”. Kyle William was the person cutting her hair and before even getting her in the chair he emphasized multiple times that she needs to stay still while getting her hair cut, not sure if he’s had prior bad experience with children. Her hair was “chopped” by her grandmother trying to cut it and that was explained to him then he claimed he couldn’t see where her hair was very clearly “chopped”, another worker had to walk him through how to fix it. Again very disappointed as we’ve never experienced this issue with great clips.

She’s friendly and a good conversationist. I especially ask for her and I have found I have completion. Four other people in there were waiting for her too !

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
