    I checked in online. The wait time was Roughly 35 minutes I got there 15 minutes after making my appointment and was able to walk right in sit down and get my haircut. I have had my haircut here by Multiple different ladies and they all do an extremely well job and do a great job of taking notes so they remember your haircut. The staff is extremely friendly and the store is very clean.

    I brought my son to the Brandenburg location and they messed his hairline up so bad, the stylist literally laughed at him. His hairline across the back was raised up one inch from the natural hairline. He looks ridiculous. Would absolutely not recommend. If you're desperate for a cut, don't use the lady on the left, back chair. You'll cry. Zero stars but you have to leave one for a review. Would not allow a picture submission because they don't want the evidence out there. RUN. Go home and use a Flowbie for better results.
