- JMJames MohonOct 21, 20252.0Went in to get a haircut, my hair is long in the back and I wanted to keep it long and wanted to keep the curls and told her just leave it and she trimmed about a half an inch off the back of the hair when I told her I didn't want any haircut.. then she cut above the ears for the hair to go over the ears and it's so uneven and it's terrible and wanted her to take some of the thickness out of the sides and she said if she did it would fluff out I have a very uneven haircut was charged $17.99 for a 5-minute trim. Travel all over the country and usually get my haircut at Great Clips and this is by far the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. She cut my hair the way she wanted to cut it not the way I wanted to cut it now I'm going to have to go to a barber shop and a real Barber professional and get it fixed I don't know why I keep coming back to this so cold hair place... Great Clips is just a drive-thru haircut place and I suggest that you hire people who can cut hair I am extremely upset about this haircut $20 I'll never ever step in these doors again a rating of a -5

Showed the gal ( that didnt give her name nor did i see a nametag) that was going to cut my hair pics of my last cut an explained how it was done and would leave the pictures open for her view to make sure she did it as requested. She never once asked to see the pics again. She continually brushed the cut hair forward into my face, not away from it. She asked if I wanted any product in my hair without even having me check my cut first. After checking my cut, it needed more attention still and I referred back to the pics for her. Her response was " well I don't have a photographic memory " kind of drooly. I said "well miss , as I said at the start, I will keep the pics available for you to look at for as you need to. Now as you can see in the pics my hair above my ears by 3/16ths of an inch and my top is about 1.5 inches shorter. Will you please make the adjustments ?" In the end, she tried parting my hair on the wrong side ( pictures?) She didn't blend the fade well at all. The left side of my cut to the center line of my head is atleast ( and noticeably) 1.5 inches longer that the right side. She also, as asked for at the start to make a permanent part line, which she also forgot. (( pictures agian)) I paid an left, AND WILL NEVER GO BACK. I get it, she may be brand new, but she IS NOT competent enough. I have had better cuts at the haircut/cosmetology schools.
