  I was a walk into see about getting a perm/haircut. I was able to be worked in with Lyndsey Bossenberger for my service. Having been a.beautician before I know the routine to expect as before. But Lyndsey did and extra special service on cutting hair and rolling the perm. As I never mentioned I was a beautician before, I watched as she did her work and the time and effort she took to make sure that it turned out great. I highly recommend Lyndsey if you are in Ashland. She does a wonderful job at her work. Thanks for a great perm with minimal damage to my color treated hair.

  My sons step mom took him to get his hair done, the salon lady is new there and had said he wouldn’t sit still and kept basically saying it was all my sons fault for the cut but continued to cut while he was moving instead of giving him a minute or atleast saying maybe we can try this another day that I had proof of btw. Many different ways she could have handled the situation better. My son’s hair was not faded in it was patchy and had bald spots. I had walked in that next day to request a refund for my son’s hair. They said there policy is non refundable so then I had asked what they could do to fix it? I mean it looked awful and I didn’t want my child going to school with a bad haircut. Thankfully it all got resolved and WHITNEY recut his hair faded it in and my son loved the way she interacted with him he sat still and loved his result! One happy 7 year old! 1st one is before 2nd is Whitney that fixed it!

  I asked to have a haircut without more conversation the young lady that helped me felt like she would barley touch my hair I found out she gave me a quick cut Please, please tell your beauty experts to explain the work they are going to do. what a mess!

  Was suppose to have an appointment for 12 at the salon in Ashland KY. Showed up right at 12 for my appointment and was informed the stylist had notified them at 10 till that she would not be there. They never tried to cancel any of the appointments and informed me there was nothing that could be done and that there was no way that I could be worked in today. They never apologized for the inconvenience they caused at all. Do not recommend service here.
