  After and before. This is my niece. We asked for any level of Mushroom Blonde, light as she could get her, gently. The before was warmer than the photo looks. Faded Demi NA lvl 7 over a gingery blonde. There was a preexisting lighter section underneath. We pointed it out to the stylist before she started. In the after, theres a greenish silvery layer at the underneath that you can’t see in the photo. Im assuming that part might have got over bleached/toned because it’s super light now. Full disclosure, my niece told the stylist this was good in a moment of wanting to be done. This was after I said to both her and the stylist “if it was me I’d want a redo on toning and a gloss” I think we had expected a color up to an even color based on what siss had asked for. She just wanted any mushroom blonde lighter than her original color. I don’t think the stylist really needed siss to tell her in this situation that the end result didn’t hit the mark to know. I’d let the stylist know at the beginning of the appt she could add on any moisturizing, strengthening, gloss or product recommendations she thought to do if the hair needed it. She didn’t end up doing that other than olaplex in the bleach. There was significant damage and we preferred to have correction done at another salon. Never requested a refund. Did however get verification that a platinum card can be done with no foils/plastics. That was the first time I’ve seen that. We let the salon manager know the stylist had told us she used 40v and about the results. It was an unsatisfying call. The tone suggested I had done something wrong rather than that I was warning about a bad experience we had. $410 for platinum card (with olaplex) and tone before tip. Did still tip $40.

  I have never in my life been to a salon, ive always been weary about letting other people cut my hair. But i got the best first experience ever. I went in with a picture for what i wanted and got just that. I got a bob cut, never have had my hair this short, but i absolutely love it. Trish really did an amazing job, she took her time and made sure everything was how i wanted it before i left!

  If you're going, book someone good even if you have to wait a few days, because when you walk in, the people there does not do a good job.
