I had not checked in online however, Kimberly immediately assisted me with checking in. I found her prompt attention and level of courtesy to be a great first impression to the store. After a very brief wait, Kimberly took care of me as my stylist. She was no less than amazing! Miss Kimberly demonstrated vast skills combined with a soothing, gentle touch making my haircut a life calming experience. I had been on the road and she nearly put me to sleep... She was so gentle. My hair cut was/is perfect. I've been complimented several times since getting my haircut only a couple of days ago. I will definitely be back whenever I come through Wichita additionally, I highly recommend this salon to everyone! Just walking in is a pleasure the salon is very clean and modern. It smells nice and the people servicing customers are no less than amazing!!! Extra special shout out to Kimberly!!!!

- MMMaryMar 7, 20261.0Got a trim haircut was not what i would call it on march 6th 2026. The older curly haired women was rude and rough yanking my head and neck around and shoved my head down! I have arthritis in my neck and it was uncomfortable .I mention to her it was hard to keep my head like she wanted me to with all the pulling my head around she laughed it off and made light of it I left without finishing the haircut because of her rough rude treatment!! She treated my husband the same but he doesn't have long hair to yank on.

I was having my hair donated to Wigs for Kids and the barber/hairstylist was able to recognize what my scalp needed to stay healthy and even recommended a product that was gonna be really helpful for my hair to be rejuvenated. Brittany was my Stylist and she was super nice, I wouldn't mind having her be my go-to for whenever I need a haircut. 5/5 if you need a haircut and don't know what you want/need go here!

When is Online Check-In available?
Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.
Can I use Online Check-In for all types of services?
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
Do Great Clips salons sell haircare products?
