  Loved Miss Joyce! She was amazing both in heart and profession. She styled my daughter's very fine hair for a special dance for her Senior year at 10 am and made it where it would look good at 9pm. Anyone needing their hair done for a special event go see Miss Joyce. I will be returning to her specifically for the next event.

  JO RUINED MY HAIR. I had been to her twice prior. First time was perfect. 2nd time she messed it up pretty bad so I do not know why I ever went back. I almost felt like it was done intentionally because Idk how a master stylist could mess up this badly. My hair is naturally red (coppery auburn) but it's vibrancy had faded. So the first time she did a good job. I had asked for copper hair with high and lowlights.... 2nd time, asked for same thing but she dyed my hair this intensely unnatural crimson purple red. Almost matched hers. And the highlights were spotty with clear lines around my face. It was awful. She said she "forgot my formula because she was moving her notes from phone to new phone and had lost it but will do it better next time" i told her the first time she did it that she had done the all over color, processed it, rinsed, THEN did the high and lowlights. She said 'did i?"... So i asked her to do it that way. She refused Don't know why I went back. The 3rd time seemed so intentional. I dislocated my shoulder getting out of our car (should have taken the sign)... I asked for what she did the First time and specifically said please make it a natural color do not make it dark. She left the color on my hair for 3hrs UNDER THE HEATER while she did other clients. I told her it was burning badly. She asked if it was bearable and I said "it burns" she said she had to finish up with that client and she wash it out. She washed it out and it was BLACK... Black black. And dark purple. She brought other stylist d over (none of her co workers seemed to like her really) and they were all so apologetic. My husband was FURIOUS. I was crying. Because we aren't rich. This is something we saved back for for a mother's day gift... He told me not to pay. She wanted 300 plus a tip. Then she said "just take my tip off" which left the 300. We said no. We got it down to like 220bux... I went home and went to Twitter to talk to JCP. They saw the pics, apologized, and instantly refunded me.... AVOID JO. if you go here, the other girls are nice and they seemed to do good work... But jo (i think it's Joanne?)... Avoid

  Charged my $300 for a color and haircut. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have called around Wichita most places are $140 to $150. Never again
