This last Wednesday the 6th I came in to get my hair cut and the woman who cut my hair said she needed me to stand while she sat in the chair to cut my hair because I have long hair. I thought it was a little unprofessional but no big deal (I have had very long hair for years and they have never had an issue cutting my hair sitting down like normal). After about 10 minutes I did let her know I would need to have a seat because I was feeling light headed and clammy. (I had just left from having a medical procedure done and came to get my hair cut but I did not expect to be standing so I figured I would be fine.) She seemed a little annoyed and made it clear that she had not one minute to wait. (She first asked if I needed a minute when I told her yes she said it would hold up her schedule.) Mind you when I came in about 10 minutes earlier there was a ZERO minute wait. She did say she usually works at another location (21st Street) which I would definitely avoid, I usually love Great Clips but I may look for somewhere else to get my hair cut from now on.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
