Checked in online and when we went in. Was 4th and fifth in line. Then called this girl forget her name but bad attitude. Asking for even more info which she did not need was already checked in twice. Ok so grandaughter got shampoo and blowdry brush back. I was like ok then I assumed I was next being 4th and fifth in line she took payment I put 10 dollar tip ( later found out was charged double on tip) one payment one tip but charged twice on tip. Then I was told I was still 3rd in line I shoulda been next the was told she had said there were a couple people in front I said uea 1st 2nd 4rd in line. Any way I put on for refund on my cut. Supposed to be $22 back.. what ever not coming back and will no longer be recommending .. Update (8 hours later) you now have 5 less customers plus my self no longer coming here.. there will be more.....

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
