- MKmarie kingJan 24, 20261.0i always explain my cut and ask if they can do it. it was messed up. called the next day and the manager told me rudely that they cant give me what i want so i need to go elsewhere and find someone who can. spoke to the owner and she said the same thing. they lie and put stuff on your file if you go back to have it corrected. they lied and put that i kept talking crap on people. i would go back and say i need a correction and tell them how it was suppose to be. how the hell is that talking crap. so be where if you have to go back to have it fixed. only go to them if its simple or you can live with the mess up. it was suppose to be alot of layers. i had a big gap from lenght to shortest layer. i let her cut an extra 2 inches off of the lenght cause she try saying she couldnt do it with the lenght i had. ive had this same hair cut for over 2 decades. its always been done just fine. but this last year they keep messing it up. but god forbid they fix there problem and blame me for not accepting

She listened so well and made wonderful suggestions for our haircuts!!! Definitely needs a raise will come back for her to style our hair again!
- CFChristopher FerrisDec 23, 20251.0Looks like my other review was deleted I'll never come back here again.. really irritated that's why there were so many typos... in pic was original review brought granddaughter in for her bday and also wanted a shampoo and style. Checked in online and when we went in. Was 4th and fifth in line. Then called this girl forget her name but bad attitude. Asking for even more info which she did not need was already checked in twice. Ok so grandaughter got shampoo and blowdry brush back. I was like ok then I assumed I was next being 4th and fifth in line she took payment I put 10 dollar tip ( later found out was charged double on tip) one payment one tip but charged twice on tip. Then I was told I was still 3rd in line I shoulda been next the was told she had said there were a couple people in front I said uea 1st 2nd 4rd in line. Any way I put on for refund on my cut. Supposed to be $22 back.. what ever not coming back and will no longer be recommending .. Update (8 hours later) you now have 5 less customers plus my self no longer coming here.. there will be more.....

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
