He handled my 5 year old who has some sensory issues amazingly! Even when he was talking his ear off!!! Before this I was the only one who had ever cut his hair. Lets just say Rayn is out new go to for his hair cut!!!!! Rayn also did my hair. He made this mom thats going gray feel grand and like I'm still beautiful even with gray hair. I hadn't cut my hair in 7 years. Had no clue what to do with it honestly. Rayn gave me all the tips and tricks. I'm so greatful! My 9 year old has his hair cut by Emily. She did a fantastic job as well. I really appreciated that when she wasn't sure how to handle his crazy calic she asked for help not just winged it like a no it all. I'm very impressed and we will definitely be back!

Ryan always does amazing job on my husband hair. The price is fare for men's hair and the wait time is neaver to long. There isn't a lot of men working there and my husband feels like Ryan really understand is hair and how he wants to look. I personally think he does the best job ever! ! I will definitely make sure my husband only see Ryan.

However they will open their doors and take walk-ins before OPEN and when I arrived prior, customers were getting served (2 in chairs and one waiting) before OPEN time while at that moment my app said “Opening soon”. I was thus treated like a walk-in at five-til and the second she took my name and number, my app went from “Opening Soon. Check back later” to “Wait time: 20 min” I’m still not sure how a walk-in customer knows to arrive early but one customer was actually leaving BEFORE they “opened”. My stylist claimed they had just opened at five-til to accommodate the walk-ins. This wasn’t true because I was there at 5-til as that customer was leaving. Later as I was getting my chair and I asked about when they opened they felt the need to argue and make me feel foolish as though I couldn’t tell time.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
