  Days previous before going here I’d just experienced the worst haircut i’d had in the last forty years at another place it was so bad it was beyond bad. Anyways I just needed to try and see if I could fix a couple spots, it was almost too short to even have it cut. I don’t recall the young ladies name - 20 something with less than probably a year of experience who assisted me. Everything started out fine but quickly degenerated when she proceeded to tell me what to cut and what not to cut. New hairdressers or barbers with barely any experience think they know more about cutting hair than a 60 year old worldly gentlemen whose traveled or lived in every state and every major city in the lower 48 at one time or another and had his haircut by some of the finest barbers through those years. Why do these young inexperienced barbers think they know more than the person just described. Highly unlikely, most of them probably trained at the local cosmetology school here that’s been teaching pupils the same old tired methodology for the last 100 years because that’s how they learned. Take a look at the men around here did you ever notice they all have the same haircut that’s the reason. They’re so inexperienced they don’t even know what they don’t know. Nonetheless the young lady did cut a few snips here and there as she was instructed. Were talking like a quarter of an inch in about 4 spots so were talking less than 15 snips of hair here and there simple. She did what was requested until she began to argue about it like she thinks she knows better. Anyways I’m fine with what she did, however what I object to is what I was charged. My mistake for not confirming upfront what the charge was going to be, but I’ve had my hair trimmed here a couple of times before and it was around 10 - 12 dollars and she charged on me like a used car salesmen when I walked in. I was charged $16 which works out to about $1 a snip. I didn’t argue about it at the time but the more I’ve thought about it since the more I realize how price gouged it was. There is no way the minuscule service she provided was worth the price she wanted and I paid. I hope she learns this as a lesson your greed to price gouge is bad business. It will only drive clients away. Your business is a repeat client business if you screw them over by price gouging they won’t be coming back. You cheated me - therefore you owe me and always will. Hopefully you’ll learn something from this if not you probably won’t succeed at it.

  They did an amazing job on my hair and they are super friendly and so nice I really love how they did on my hair definitely recommend and definitely will be going back

  I went for my haircut, I had pretty long hair, as soon as I sat on the chair I told the lady that I needed the length to be shoulder length, she chopped the backside first upto neck length. I could feel that she chopped it so bad. I had to stop her saying I can’t have too short hair at my work, I still need to tie my hair. And then she realized that she cut it too much and made up saying I will make a angle design to your hair, its thick and nice and will cut bangs. Came to the cash counter, while I was talking to my husband she was with me and she told me to come follow her again to the chair( I believe she saw my uneven hair and tried chopping it even) Didn’t wana be rude so tipped her pretty good. Came home and looked at the mirror and both my sides were so weird. Everyone could see the left side still had long and short hair and right side is now too short. It’s my second time here. I will never come back to this place. My hair looks mess now.
