She didn’t seem to know much about makeup and eventually she abandoned me to “go help a customer she was helping before” as she walked away I heard her walk up to another customer that just came into the store and ask them if they needed any help with the perfume section. Didn’t appreciate being lied too and the whole thing made me feel like I wasn’t worth helping.

We waited in the standard line only to find out there is only 1 lethargic cashier working off a tiny hidden podium. Staff hanging around the registers but none said the registers are closed until I asked if someone could check us out. Nearly 10 minutes to check out.
