From what I saw there is no clear signage signifying that you must have a license to shop here. If that is the policy, make it more clear. Very disappointing. Staff could have also been more diligent about notifying any customer that walked in the door that this was the policy. Very unhelpful and frustrating.

The doors at the location say “licensed professionals only.” I unfortunately drove all the way there before seeing that. Thats’s fine but you could list that on your website and google as not open to the public. I don’t really think I need a license to buy the same dye I could have bought via Walmart online but... different spokes I guess.

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
