I have had good experiences there in previous years, but unfortunately, those wonderful nurses (Gina and Rachel) have left to work at other med spas, where I plan on taking my business now. My last 2 visits at RSVP Med Spa were with Dr. Fu and each time was disappointing and unprofessional. February 2025: My appt was right at 9:00 when the office opens, and Dr. Fu did not arrive until 9:15. Dr. Fu tried to upsell me on other services even though I communicated I was only there for botox. She pointed out that my "mouth was drooping" (um, hello, aging process?) and that my acne scars would benefit from a chemical peel. I again communicated to Dr. Fu that I was not interested in other services at this time. November 2025: My appt was right at 9:00 when the office opens. The waiting area was covered in trash and there were clumps of dirt/coffee grounds on the floor. Again, Dr. Fu did not arrive until 9:15. She did not acknowledge or apologize that she was once again late. Why are you booking 9:00 appointments when you continuously fail to meet those obligations? In the exam room, Dr. Fu reviewed my chart to go over my previous services. Once she started talking about injections I cut her off and I said "I do not want any filler today, I only want botox." Based on my previous experience, I knew I had to be adamant about only wanting botox so Dr. Fu would not again try to upsell me on services I didn't ask for. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was how defensive Dr. Fu was when I used the word "filler" instead of "injections." Dr. Fu got defensive and looked at me and said "Filler? When did I say filler? I never said filler." I chose to walk out from my service this day as I was not going to have an unprofessional and hostile doctor inject my face. No thank you! I would not recommend Dr. Fu, unless you want to book an appt with a doctor who does not respect your time or you as a person.

She is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything so you feel completely comfortable. Her office staff is also amazing and very nice! I will never go anywhere else.

They used to be the one thing I focused on after a picture was taken or anytime I saw myself in a mirror. It’s been 3 months since my surgery and I couldn’t be happier. I have zero regrets other than I wish I would have done it sooner!! I have zero filter in either picture!
